Who I am
Learn French is run by Learn French. I’m responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact me at learnfrenche17@gmail.com

What I collect and why
Contact form: your name, email address and message, so I can reply to you. These are stored by Squarespace, which hosts this website.
Bookings: when you book a class, you give your name, email address and card details to Bookwhen, the booking service I use. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and I never see your full card details. I use your name and email to run the class, send your booking confirmation and contact you about the class you booked.

How long I keep it
I keep contact messages for 12 months. I keep booking and payment records for as long as the law requires for accounting.

Who I share it with
Only the services needed to run the business: Squarespace, Bookwhen, Stripe and my email provider. I never sell your information.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email me at [your email address]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
